A Day in Atlanta

Atlanta is Traveler’s Choice 2012 Winner on Tripadvisor. Customary Southern culture meets one of the nation's most multiethnic cities in Atlanta, Georgia. Known as the "Capital of the New South," Atlanta is a prospering metropolis and a great place to visit. Fueled by the investment of  globally-headquartered "local"  corporations  like Coca Cola and Holiday Inn, it's  home to "the  most trusted name in news," CNN, host to  the 1996  Summer Olympic Games, and welcoming to the migration of the young creative class who have flocked to  the city. Atlanta boasts of topnotch restaurants, a myriad of cultural attractions like the High Museum of Art and hip nightlife, the Atlanta Botanical Garden, and the busiest airport in the world – Hartfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport.  Atlanta   maintains  its  historic  character as showed  by  the  Atlanta  History  Center,  the  Martin   Luther  King Jr. Historical Site, the  jimmy  Carter Library and Museum and its newest site, the National Center for Human & Civil Rights. Atlanta enjoys a mild climate making it the ideal year-round tourist destination.
